Default Witnessing at the Hot Rod Cruise -In

Had a great time in South Georgia today at the Red Dirt World Hot Rod Cruise-In. Lots of really cool classic muscle cars, street rods, and choppers and hundreds of people stopping in. Rode the red, white & blue Harley chopper
into the show with a Christian flag flying on the rear, Bikers for Christ Motorcycle Ministry "Colors" patch on my back, and "Got Jesus?" on the back of my helmet. Got a few stares and smiles and more than enough "thumbs up" as this bike is always a crowd pleaser with the patriotic flag custom paint. But the greatest thing about it was that it was a great witnessing opportunity as I got to talk to dozens and dozens of people and share Jesus with them. I had 100 bandanas made up with a picture of the cross and crown of thorns surrounded by wings and a script unrolling underneath with "John 3:16." I was so glad to see them go quickly as I gave them away telling people they were free but came "at a GREAT PRICE"! That gave me the opportunity to explain what Christ did on the cross for us WAS that PRICE...Paid in Full by our Lord and Savior! I had several occasions where I had the joy of seeing some-one
"get it" as many there were unchurched and therefore really had no idea on their own without further explanation. *edit 'really had a great time sharing the Good News with this crowd.
To be able to share my enjoyment of Harleys and my love for our Lord is truly a blessing beyond words for me. That red white & blue chopper has been the icebreaker many a time to be able to share the Gospel and lead someone to Christ. I urge everyone that reads this post to share your love for Jesus with someone, somewhere, in your own special way. The blessings that you will recieve for being obedient to His word are immeasurable. God's Holy Word says that one day we'll be accountable for our actions, our thoughts, and yes our time that He gave each of us. Are you using YOUR time wisely?

" I know that my Redeemer lives, and that in the end he will stand upon the earth. And after my skin has been destroyed, yet in my flesh I will see God; I myself will see him with my own eyes--I, and not another. How my heart yearns within me!"
    Job 19:25

Do you want to reach people for Christ with the Gospel message of salvation?

    Great post BFC.
It's really good to hear so many seeds were planted.

John 3:16 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.

Psalm 19:14 Let the words of my mouth, and the meditation of my heart, be acceptable in thy sight, O LORD, my strength, and my redeemer.
