We'll be having grilled sirloin patties, green beans, sauteed mushrooms and onions.
It's become one of dh's favorite meals. it keeps his blood sugar down, so I've been preparing it often. Mixed up a double batch of salsa last night. It's going out to customers this morning. Ds and I will be eating the leftovers for lunch. NR

The sauce is simmering on the stove. I browned stew beef and I'm cooking
that in the sauce instead of meatballs. I usually let it simmer for two or three hours. I'm not sure yet if I'm cooking spaghetti or rigatoni. I'll make a tossed salad to go with it. My son is bringing the Italian bread...
